Dreams

I have always had very vivid dreams.

I also dream in color. One of the vivid dreams of my childhood is still imprinted on my mind; I was about 7 or 8 yrs old when I dreamed that I ran through some double doors into this place where I was surrounded by pink and yellow diamonds, I tried to step backwards but couldn't. I walked forward and emerged into an underground world. I've tried to analyze that one for years.

Another vivid dream I had a few years ago was; I was walking around a new home I just bought, I opened a door that I wasn't familiar with and discovered I was running a sweatshop of Asian women making women's panties. I set them free... they were very happy! Another one that no one can analyze (or are afraid to). LOL

I know this video of a dog dreaming has probably been seen a lot on the net, but I relate to the dog with my very real dreams.
My dreams lately have been about different homes. One house is in the town I grew up in and none of the doors stay locked. The next home is filled with a lot of antique furniture and the third house I dream about is a contemporary style house, but my family is there and wanting to take over the better rooms to live in and me and my things keep getting moved further back into the other rooms at the back of the home.

Interesting. These three homes have been in reoccurring dreams most of my life, with only slight variations and different people and family members there.

I have a book that is supposed to help interrupt dreams, it says dreams about a home means you're looking at your life. Does anyone have any more knowledge or insight into dreams? I'd love to hear your views.

Unfamiliar house to feel at home with familiar people means some amour which you can emerge from easily. If this house is overcrowded, then you play a sure game in life.
Doors can be both exit and entrance, this is just a question of aspect. They visualize the changes of your life.
Generally, entrances mean new opportunities. When a door opens ourward then you should express yourself more effectively – the opposite direction stimulates you to do a deep self-examination.

I have periodic dizarre dreams, for example flying. Also, in my dreams, I can step giant. It is such a good feeling! I can get everywhere fast!
But last night, I were a scientist and discovered a spot deep inside the Earth, which was colder than any spot.
The problem was that there was a crack in the Earth right above this cold spot, and it was sucking in all the little baby chickens from all over the planet, and my mission was to stop this from continuing! I had devised several strategies which did not completely work for very long once I had attempted to implement them. The dream went on and on and millions of chicks had piled up on top of me and I struggled under all the weight to open the blockage I had created, so that it would not pull me down with all the rest of them, where I would get fast frozen. It was a struggle to keep them from being gobbled down, but at least I thought that they would not rot, down there, they would have become frozen food for later, haha!

I think you are a lucky man to have such dream work.
I hope you can learn a lot from them.

Home usually denote comfort and security. Reoccurring dreams usual point to something that needs resolution. furniture are possessions. Doorways indicate passage or changes. Which way the door opens also has meaning. Family relates to their quailties in yourself. Withour knowing your beliefs and history and what you associate with what that is about as much help as I can offer. Dreams in general are usually refelection from your daily life. If you can remember what was going on in your life about the time the dreams occurred, that can point you in the right direction.
