Woofwax

Since an anonymous reader mentioned "woofwax" I thought I'd write about it. Plus, here's the shirtless picture y'all wanted.

My friend Donnie asked me a few years ago if I would be interested in helping him out with this new side business idea he had, Woofwax.com "candles with men in mind". He needed someone to model with the candles and I said OK. We headed out to a lake just outside of Dallas one afternoon with his camera. It was fun, I know how they feel on America's Next Top Model, it's hard work. LOL! There are a couple of pics of me on the site. Here is one of the shots he didn't use but I kind of like it.

If anyone goes to a gay rodeo in Texas or a surrounding state you will see Donnie there with his candles and a large poster size photo of me, if you click on 'Saddlehorn' on the website, this is the picture that he has on display at the rodeos. Friends will tell me that they saw me at a rodeo and my first response is, "I wasn't there... oh wait, you saw my woofwax picture".

Anyhoo... go on his website, he would appreciate the traffic. The candles are great, the fragrance stays strong for the life of the candle.

We took some new pictures a couple of months ago for a new scent he has coming out. I wasn't happy with the pictures. I'm looking much older and the camera wasn't very kind. I've heard friends lamenting how they hate getting older! I'm usually OK with it... but I didn't like how it came up and smacked me in the face this time! UGH.
