Random Question Wednesday

What was your favorite TV program when you were younger? Why did you like it"

I used to watch a lot of TV when I was younger. I loved Saturday morning cartoons and have many favorites. But I think one of my favorite shows was Lost In Space:

I liked it because it was a family that did everything together. As the "little brother" in my own family there were many times when my older brothers didn't want me around. I remember that I didn't get to go on a camping trip with my dad and brothers because I was too little.

But the Robinson family did everything together! Their mom and dad were there all the time and they got to travel to new places and see new and interesting things together. Plus there was the hunky Donald West played by Mark Goddard! What a hottie! Dr Smith was annoying, but I wanted a pet like Penny had and I wanted a robot!

I like Brady Bunch because I had such a crush on Greg Brady, especially in his older years. I wanted to be like him and be in him. I ended up marrying a man named Greg. How cool is that!!

Then I like Magnum P.I. In the history of television has there been a character hotter than Thomas Magnum?! Tom Selleck was/is so incredibly hot. Again, I wanted to be like him and be in him.

Ha! It looks like my viewing habits are dictated by my dick!

I loved so many TV shows. Little House on the Prairie (those prairie boys were so hot), Golden Girls, Designing Women, Facts of Life, Different Strokes, Dallas, Knots Landing etc. What's odd, I hardly watch any today. Way too much of that reality crap.

once MST3K went off the air, so did my tv; it's a vast wasteland; not for a thinking person, that's for damn sure!

I like Nanny and the Professor, as I wanted to be just like her.

I was a HUGE Lost in Space fan as a kid.

I had a crush on Will Robinson because even though he was a kid like me, he was smart and heroic.

Major Don was a huge homophobe and probably a closet case. Although he was the pilot for the Jupiter II, he was always crashing the darn thing.
