So I'm going to say; spending time with friends. A nice dinner and an evening of conversation or a board game!
I would have said a date, but I haven't had one of those in a long time! I am a romantic so a nice way to spend a cool fall or cold winter's evening would be cuddled up with someone by the fire. There would be nice wine and sensual music in the background as we talk about all kinds of things. Of course there would be lots of touching, caressing and all that mushy stuff! {wink wink}

Since I'm single, I always have a great time getting a group of friends together on a Saturday night and hitting the town. You get to meet new people, while at the same time being entertained/embarrassed by your friends!
a hawaiian pizza (ham, pineapple, extra cheese), a glass (or two) of wine, my cats, my knitting, a comedy DVD in the player, and the peace and quiet of just being with myself.
I was going to say something, but I so enjoyed your perfect evening I vote for that!
if you have the fire, I will bring the wine - a good wine, no rubbish!
