Random Question Wednesday

What was your favorite meal as a child?

I was not a picky eater as a child. I think it would be easier to say what foods I hated; liver and onions! YUCK! Everything else was good for me! I do have a favorite that does come to mind:

Most Sunday mornings mom would put a pot roast in the crock pot with some cubed potatoes and carrots. After we got home from the 3 hour church services the house smelled wonderful! I loved me some Sunday pot roast. Especially when it was slow cooked like this! Yum!

What are some of your favorites?

Macaroni and cheese and hot dogs. That's still one of my favorites! LOL

Lasagna. I was about 11 years old the first time I had this. I swear I can still hear the angels singing and trumpets sounding from when I took my first bite. No, I'm not kidding. It was a transcendental experience.
