Brunch

I love brunch on the weekends! I could eat breakfast foods all day.

If someone is not on a diet and wants a really great breakfast try this recipe:

German Pancakes
6 eggs
1 cup of flour
1 cup of milk
a pinch of salt
1 stick of butter

Set the oven to 400 degrees. Melt the butter in a cake pan or deep dish skillet.

Mix eggs, flour, milk and salt until smooth, then pour into the pan with the melted butter.

Bake for about 20 minutes.

It will rise like a souffle then cave in as it cools.

Serve warm with syrup!

I have heard that some people put cinnamon or vanilla flavoring in the batter.

It's simple and easy... just like I like my men! LOL
