
You would have thought I had learned this "discovery" years ago... maybe "rediscovery" is a better term; but I have learned that your attitude is what makes you happy!
Even in stressful situations it is better to have an optimistic attitude, it really makes a world of difference.. for you and those around you. No one really wants to be around someone who is always negative or always bitching and complaining.
I truly believe in karma. It's all about the energy that we put out into the universe that usually comes back to us three fold.
OK, sharing time; what is a recent discovery you've made that has improved your life?

Doing yoga has made avoided the Friday itch and drinking - I actually want to keep my body in tune for yoga practise on Saturday.....
I recently learned if I am to be a mature strong healer I need to face world fears; not be so sensitive. A good healer is brave, not a wuss.

I also learned that if I avoid cheese, Milk and Ice Cream and eat frozen yogurt and Soy Milk - my stomach is a lot happier with me... damn lactose intolerance
cashew nuts give me stomach cramps.
