My mistake! OMG I love the store.
I bought some of these for a coworker who loves Chex mix:
We now refer to them as Cheddar Crack!
Let's not talk about their lunch meats and their oatmeal... seriously they're some of the best I've ever had!
And I don't know if y'all have caught on to this little known fact about me, but I love sorbet, gelato and sherbet. I bought some of these:
I am seriously addicted.
I don't want an intervention though... they're comparable to Weight Watchers! And I was just at the gym and my body fat was only 12.9%. I can cheat with these....

Gee I can hardly recognize you. I guess I'm used to seeing your nice smile. You look completely different when you're putting your mouth to good use. Don't you agree? Perhaps more research is needed to confirm this.

this is the only store for shopping for me - low prices and good food. confidentially, about 8 years ago, they USED to be shitty quality. then trader joe's bought the chain; WOW!
like steve, I stick to my list...but sometimes aldi has unforeseen bargains, so something might jump into my cart unexpectedly.
yes, you have to do some work, like bag your own groceries (big deal), but the prices keep me coming back!
How about a post on what sort of food / portion sizes / exercise routines or anything else you to achieve that amazing fitness level?
We have an Aldi's here, but I've never been in it. I always heard horrible things about it back in the day, so I never went. However it seems maybe I need to pay it a visit.
And you looks somewhat menacing in that picture. But in a good way. ;-)
