The main theme of this card is Change and Inspiration.
The fire of the Tower card burns away all that is negative and outdated, but it leaves behind all that is positive, all that is necessary to begin your life again and replace all that was lost.
I've seen The Tower card in many readings I've done for myself. It looks like October will be an interesting month! Changes are coming. Things may seem like they're in chaos and happening very fast, but fury precedes grace. I will also have illumination and inspiration. A new light will be shed or I'll gain greater insight on something.
Jim; fasten your seat belt, you're in for a bumpy ride this month. But all should work out for the better in the end.

Jim, you're a shameless tease... I couldn't give a hoot about the Tarot card, but that is one sexy picture. I just wish it went a bit lower to show us your pecs and nips.
I am afraid to have my cards told to me this month...the last 3 months have been crazy... but....
The Tower for me is a negative card, one of disaster or striking down hubris. You are correct though, your interpretation is the positive side. For each card has its ups and downs.
My card is Death - I get Death and Tower confused.
I never quite know how I feel about tarot. It seems like every card has some positive spin. Death card... it means a change is coming. The hanged man... it means a change is coming. The Chthulhu card... bad things are coming, but it's really a chance to start over. Stuff like that.
Spo & CB: I see the Death card is more final. The change has happened, a new phase of life is now beginning.
The Tower's bolt of lightening brings new light and revelations and the changes seem to be happening now (sometimes in chaos) as a result of the things revealed.
