
There is one pizza place in Dallas that satisfies my quest for really good pizza: Piggy Pies. The absolute best specality pizza they have is their Goat Cheese Pizza: Goat Cheese, Grilled Chicken, Spinach, Mozzarella Cheese and our homemade Alfredo Sauce! Yummy!!
If I was going to build my own pizza I would have chicken and pepperoni, mushrooms and black olives with lots of cheese. I prefer thin crusts and no extra peppers to sprinkle on top. And if someplace has exotic cheeses that's even better. Feta and goat cheese are great on pizza.

What kind of pizza do y'all like?

I think black olives are made for pizza. Luv them. Add feta or goat cheese and you can't beat it. And of course, everything is better with bacon.
I secured an open invitation from Kelly to join him for chorizo pizza in Virginia. Can I get an invitation from you for some Texas pizza? Maybe I need to go on a national pizza tour.
I agree with both, I like a more unique cheese with black olives, chicken, pepperoni, but I also like fresh sliced tomatoes and (gasp) anchovies...
Cubby: I know Kelly has a favorite pizza place in Richmond, ask him about "Bottoms UP" they make the best specialty pizzas in the RIC...
PIZZA! (slobbers like homer simpson)
hawaiian - ham, pineapple, bacon, extra cheese
meatsa pizza - chicken, bacon, pepperoni, ham, meatballs (NO SAUSAGE), extra cheese
BBQ chicken - chicken, bbq sauce, extra cheese
thin crust only please; hold all the veggies; 6 cheese italian blend for the gooey melty stuff.
BOOM!
(my heart just ass-ploded and my waistline gained 10 inches just typing this)

I'm a pepperoni and onion kind of guy. That's it.
Right now I would give my R arm for a proper Chicago style deep dish pizza with spinach, mushrooms, onions and some anchovy.
I also like - who knew? - pineapple, ham and onion.
